We are running an online user test about the tenants and leaseholders section of woking.gov.uk.
If you are eligible and complete the test, you will receive a £25 voucher as a thank you for taking part.
Who can take part
We would like to hear from Woking tenants and leaseholders only.
Only one test per eligible person will be accepted.
How to take part
To take part, you must:
- have access to a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone
- download a free app called UXtweak if you are taking the test on a smartphone
- have enough uninterrupted time to complete the test in one session, as you cannot save your progress and return later
What you will be asked to do
The online test will:
- ask you to complete typical tasks on the website, such as finding information or using online services
- with your permission, record your screen and voice during the session so we can understand what works well and where you may get stuck
- take around 30 to 45 minutes to complete
We will keep the information you share confidential and only use it to improve the website.
Voucher incentive
At the end of the test, you will be asked to choose a £25 voucher for one of the following retailers:
- All4One
- Morrisons
- Sainsbury's
- Asda
We will email your voucher within 1 to 3 days of you completing the test.
