Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Regulations stated below that on 23 May 2025 the Borough Council granted planning permission for the below development, the planning application for which was accompanied by an environmental statement.

3-12 High Street, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6BG

Partial demolition of 3-5 High Street, demolition and reinstatement of facade of 6-7 High Street, demolition of 8-12 High Street and redevelopment of the site to create a shared living building (sui-generis use) which ranges in height from 2 and three storeys (plus basement), to 8 and 9 storeys (plus basement), to 14 to 17 storeys (plus basement).
Including commercial floorspace [Use Class E], plant, refuse, bicycle store and associated highway works, including alterations to rear service access.
