Conservation Area Appraisals consultation

Have your say on 3 proposed Conservation Area Appraisal documents.

Conservation Area Appraisals describe the special historic and architectural character of conservation areas.

The documents help inform planning decisions and support the protection of heritage assets across the borough. This work forms part of our ongoing programme to review and update our evidence base.

The appraisals cover:

  • Byfleet Corner/Rosemount Parade and Station Approach, West Byfleet – prepared by us, Woking Borough Council
  • Woking Town Centre – prepared by us, Woking Borough Council
  • Aviary Road, Pyrford – prepared by the Pyrford Neighbourhood Forum in partnership with us, Woking Borough Council
