Register vulnerable people for priority help
Energy supply companies host priority services registers, which are free to join. These companies can look after customers who require extra communication, access or safety needs.
The priority services registers could help you if:
- you have young children
- you have some kind of disability
- you have a long-term illness
- you are an older person live with someone who is
Gas: Contact your energy supplier to sign up to the gas priority services register. You can find their information on your gas bill.
