The Woking Free Access for County Sportspeople (FACS) Scheme helps young local athletes prepare for future high level competition, such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Use the online form below to apply for membership to this scheme.
To complete this form, you will need to submit:
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- a letter from your governing body, confirming that you are currently of county level status
