Storm Eunice: red weather warning for Woking and South East

The Met Office has issued a red warning for wind to cover London, the South East and parts of the east of England from 10am today. Storm Eunice is expected to bring damaging winds and disruption on Friday (18 February 2022).

Council service update

  • All household waste and recycling collections are suspended. Please return your bin to within the boundary of your property, even if it has not been collected.
  • Street cleaning services are suspended.
  • Brookwood Cemetery is closed to visitors, except for pre-arranged funerals.
