How we are performing against our targets.

Service plans provide detailed information about our plans and performance, which are monitored to drive continuous improvement in the quality and value of our services.

Service plans provide a reference point, showing the linkages between our community's aspirations as set in the corporate strategy – Woking for All and individual service activities.

Service plans also set out:

  • our achievements over the last year
  • how we’re performing against our targets
  • how our activities are resourced

We are currently working on producing service plans for the current year.
