Extreme heat and health alerts
Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.
Places to stay warm
A number of Warm Welcome venues in Surrey are open all year round to offer support and services.

You can visit a Warm Welcome venue to:
- warm up in cold weather
- get a hot drink for free
- get energy advice and debt support
- enjoy some social interaction
Some venues also offer additional services such as free meals and activities.
