To get help from a food bank, you must be referred by one of the following:
- Citizen Advice Bureau Woking
- Woking Borough Council
- Surrey County Council
- NHS health centres
- frontline care agencies
- schools and colleges
- probation services
- housing associations
- church and faith groups

Local ‘community fridges’ and voluntary groups can help if you are finding it hard to pay for food. Unlike food banks, these do not require you to be referred by another organisation.
