Council employee performance and development reviews

We assess our employees annually to support their work, requirements and learning opportunities.

Each year our employees are required to participate in a performance and development review (PDR) with their line manager.  

This review is designed to cover:

  • the contribution and performance of an individual
  • individual behaviours
  • learning and skill requirements
  • health and wellbeing
