Extreme heat and health alerts
Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.

To vote in person, you must:
Your poll card also tells you the location of your polling station and the election date. This will be posted to you a few weeks election day.
If you do not get a poll card, check that you’re registered to vote.
Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm on election day.
If there is a queue at your polling station, you will still be able to vote as long as you joined the queue before 10pm.
The voting process should be accessible to all voters.
