Extreme heat and health alerts
Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.
What happens if we pass on your debt to a bailiff or we start insolvency proceedings.
A liability order gives us the legal powers to collect your business rates debt using insolvency proceedings (also known as 'bankruptcy' or 'winding up' proceedings).
In extreme circumstances, we use insolvency proceedings against your company if your business rates debt remains unpaid.
This may result in your valuable possessions and assets being taken. Your home may also be sold.
