We are responsible for keeping your gas supply safe if there is one in your council home.

Not all council properties have a gas supply to them. If yours does, we will meet our regulatory and statutory responsibilities to keep you safe in your home.

You can help us by allowing access to your home. We aim to give you suitable notice, unless there is an emergency and we need urgent access.
If we are due to service your appliances, you will receive a communication from us or our approved gas contractor (Smith & Byford).
