Listening to feedback from council residents

In March 2025, the Housing Resident Engagement Strategy 2025 to 2028 was approved by Full Council.

The new strategy was written using feedback from housing resident focus groups and workshops. 

It describes how our Housing Engagement team will engage with you, so you can:

• be heard
• be empowered
