Emergency proxy vote
You can apply for an emergency proxy vote if:
- you have suffered a medical emergency, which means you can longer vote in person
- you have lost your photo ID or voter authority certificate
- your occupation, service or employment prevents you from voting in person
The emergency situation must have occurred after 5pm no less than 6 working days before the election.

- Apply for an emergency proxy vote due to a medical condition or disability
- Apply for an emergency proxy vote due to loss of suitable photo ID
- Apply for an emergency proxy vote due to occupation, service or employment reasons
Once you have completed and signed the relevant application form, scan it and email it to us at elections@woking.gov.uk. You can also print the form and post it to us at:
