Components v1

You add components to most content types, including service pages and guide pages. 

The components tab appears on the left on a service page and at the bottom on a guide page. 

For both, any selected components appear at the foot of the page.

The terms component and page components are used to mean the same thing.

Subsites and publications

Components play a large part in creating:

• publications
• subsites

These content types are built differently, by combining components and stacking them together. Unlike other content types, you can curate the order in which the components appear on the page.

Available components

There are many components available, but the key ones that have been designed are:

• Call out box
• Contact
• Documents
• Link and summary
• Media with text
• Quote
• Tables
• Topic builder
