Performance Management Reports

Robust and transparent performance management helps us to deliver continuous improvement and establish clear lines of accountability for the functions and services we provided to residents. 

We produce a Performance Management Report every three months (quarterly) which is structured around the Council’s three directorates - Communities, Corporate Resources, and Place.

The Performance Management Reports cover a range of areas including:

  • commentary from the Chief Executive, Section 151 Officer, and Strategic Directors
  • performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • financial management information including the identification of major variations in the projected General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA)
  • Treasury Management Information
