Give someone permission to discuss your council home tenancy

You can give advocacy consent, also known as third-party consent, to a trusted friend, family member or support organisation so they can discuss your tenancy with us on your behalf.

When you give advocacy (third-party) consent, you can choose:

  • which tenancy matters the person can discuss with us, such as repairs, your rent account or a housing application
  • how long the permission will last

Give permission

Contact us if you want to give someone permanent advocacy (third-party) consent.
