Your housing officer provides housing management services to council tenants and leaseholders.
They can:
- visit you when you move into your home
- carry out regular home visits
- deal with requests to change a tenancy
- help make sure tenancy and lease conditions are followed
- make safeguarding referrals where needed
- investigate suspected tenancy fraud
- direct you to other services and support
- deal with requests to make changes to your home
- carry out pre-termination, mutual exchange and property inspections
- help resolve complaints, neighbour disputes and antisocial behaviour
