You must tell us if someone moves in or out of your council home.
This includes when:
- a baby is born
- your partner moves in
- a family member moves in
- a family member moves out
- someone else moves into your home
- someone else moves out of your home
- someone dies
Do not use this form to report a Council Tax change.
