There is a period of consultation:

  • between granting and applying for a new licence
  • between granting and applying for a variation (change) to a licence
  • for a review of a licence

How to have your say

During the consultation period, you can submit an objection (also known as 'representation') to a licence application.

We must receive your comments by the last day of the consultation period. 

Licensing Act 2003 applications and variations

The Greenhouse Cafe

  • Application type: Major variation
  • Location: Station Road, Woking, GU24 8AR
  • Variation: To vary the premises licence to permit both on‑ and off‑sales of alcohol from the café and the shop. The application also seeks to add appropriate licence conditions to promote the licensing objectives and to amend (reduce) the licensed hours so that they align with the premises’ opening hours.

The closing date for representations is Wednesday 26 May 2026.

  • Application type: Major variation
  • Location: Chobham Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6HR
  • Variation: To vary the plans to add an additional area on the first floor.

The closing date for representations is Thursday 11 June 2026.
