How to apply for a premises licence
How to apply for a premises licence, including information and evidence you need to provide.
Before you submit your application for a premises licence, make sure you have:
- a premises plan
- paid the required premises licence fees (you will be asked to pay as part of the application process)
- a premises operating schedule
- a 'form of consent' from your designated premises supervisor, if supplying alcohol
- evidence of your right to work in the UK – for most people this is a photocopy of your UK passport, but you can also check if a document allows someone to work in the UK – GOV.UK
