You will need:

  • your business rates reference number
  • the account holder's first name and last name – as shown on your business rates bill
  • the postcode for the property
  • your bank account number used to pay your business rates – this is required for Direct Debit customers only

  • view your account balance, recent payments and bills
  • switch to paperless billing
