The Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014

Operators of residential caravan sites and mobile home parks are required to deposit their Site Rules with the local authority once they have completed a consultation process with the residents. The local authority must keep a register of all site rules it receives, including variations and deletions. Once submitted, site rules will be published on the Councils website for public viewing.
