Coronavirus: trees management service updates

Site visits

We are not conducting general site visits until further notice. Site visits can be arranged for emergency situations or where there are possible breaches in legislation, such as unauthorised works on protected trees.

Applications for tree works

Applications to undertake works on protected trees are still being processed and photographs are requested to illustrate the proposed works. Works to protected trees should not be started until permission from us has been granted.

Applications which cannot be determined will be put on hold until current social distancing restrictions are lifted.
