Led by fully qualified local coaches, the sessions will culminate in an Olympic-style competition, where participants will represent Team Woking against Surrey's 10 other boroughs and districts, hosted at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford and Woking Leisure Centre.

Age categories and eligibility vary from sport to sport with opportunities for both boys and girls of all abilities to participate in the following sports: Badminton, Basketball, Boccia (up to 18 years), Boxing (up to 16 years), Girls' Cricket, Girls' Football, Hockey, Judo, Lacrosse, Netball, Tag Rugby, Squash and Tennis.

Emma-Louise Webb, Woking Borough Council's Sports Development Officer, said: "We've had a great response from children and young people signing up for the free sports coaching sessions. However, wth just a few days left until they begin, we still have a few spaces available in all sports. So whatever your ability, sign up today to have the chance of representing Team Woking at this year's Specsavers Surrey Youth Games!"
