The current phase of works focuses on the upgrading and resurfacing of a number of key highways, pedestrian footpaths and crossings in the eastern quarter of Woking town centre.

Works to lay electricity cables along Board School Road to support the delivery of low carbon environmentally friendly developments.
The works will be conducted in phases with vehicle access for residents maintained. Through traffic will be diverted along Boundary Road and Walton Road.
Through access for pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
Between 28 October and 13 December 2019.

Widen existing pedestrian footpath to incorporate cycle path, create new pedestrian footpath adjacent to railway line and install raised traffic calming measures.
