The Civic Offices remain closed to members of the public.

Woking Borough Council is continuing to deliver our services, which can be accessed by the public via this website or by contacting our customer services team.

Surrey Police: front counter open to the public

The Surrey Police public counter is operating normal opening hours for drop-in services from 8am to 10pm. To obtain access to the Civic Offices, please ring the doorbell at the main Civic Offices entrance in Gloucester Square.

Reporting non-emergency crimes and incidents

In order to keep the Police's emergency lines open to those who require urgent assistance, please report a crime via the Surrey Police website.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can dial 101 or use the yellow phone box, located outside the main Civic Offices entrance in Gloucester Square.

To report a breach of the national COVID restrictions, please report direct to Surrey Police. Report online on the Surrey Police website and select option 'Breach of Coronavirus (COVID 19) measures'. If you are unable to report breaches online,  phone 101.

JobCentrePlus: limited opening

The JobCentrePlus based at Woking Borough Council's Civic Offices is open for pre-booked appointments and vulnerable customers only.

Payments will continue as normal, but you should inform the JobCentrePlus of any change of circumstance.
