Living Well Week
There are lots of fantastic services and groups available for people over the age of 50 to help them live will and enjoy life - both now and in the future. Making small changes in our lifestyle habits today to eat well, move more, sleep better, stress less and generally be more informed about how to stay healthy, allows us to have a positive impact on our future health and wellbeing.
However, it is not always easy to know where, or how, to access this myriad of different activities. This is where Living Well Week steps in. Providing you with a range of discounts, introductory offers, taster sessions, advice and free events, Living Well Week is an opportunity to sample some of the services available across the Borough that can help you to live well.
Living Well Week 2018 activities will be taking place from Monday 8 October to Friday 12 October, with the annual Silver Sunday event on Sunday 7 October.

All activites listed below are free of charge unless otherwise stated.

- Freedom Leisure '£1 Taster Sessions'
Try a range of swimming activities and walking sports for £1 per session. Specific times and dates are in the full programme of events. The Living Well Week brochure must be presented on booking the class.
Prior booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
Book two or more sessions during Living Well Week and receive a free gym, swim or fitness class pass.
