Directions to Civic Offices

From the M3

  1. Leave the M3 at Junction 3 and join the A322 to Guildford.

  2. Follow the A322 for approx four miles, going straight over two small roundabouts, until you reach a set of traffic lights.

  3. Turn left here, signposted Knaphill, and follow the road through Knaphill High Street and down Anchor Hill.

  4. At the bottom of the hill, turn right at the roundabout to join the A324, Lockfield Drive.

  5. Continue straight over two roundabouts and stay in the left-hand lane as you approach the junction with traffic lights (with the Peacocks Centre now opposite you).

  6. Turn left onto the A320, Victoria Way, and immediately join the right hand lane to enter the Shoppers' Car Parks.

  7. Exit the car park on foot via The Peacocks Centre's Town Mall.

  8. Cross Town Square (passing the war memorial) and go through Town Gate.

  9. Turn left into Christchurch Way.

  10. Turn left again at the sign for West Street and cut between St Andrew's House and the Civic Offices. Reception can be found just inside the doors on your right.

From the M25

  1. Leave the M25 at Junction 11, Chertsey, and immediately join the A320 to Woking.

  2. Follow signs for Woking, which will take you over two small roundabouts.

  3. After five miles, on reaching a larger roundabout - The Six Crossroads - take the third exit, signposted 'Town Centre'.

  4. At the next roundabout, take the last exit to remain on the A320, which becomes a dual carriageway.

  5. At the second set of traffic lights, stay left to enter the Shoppers' Car Parks.

  6. Exit the car park on foot via The Peacocks Centre's Town Mall.

  7. Cross Town Square (passing the war memorial) and go through Town Gate.

  8. Turn left into Christchurch Way.

  9. Turn left again at the sign for West Street and cut between St Andrew's House and the Civic Offices. Reception can be found just inside the doors on your right.

From the A3

South-bound: leave at the Ripley turn-off. North-bound: leave at the Send turn-off.

  1. Continue to the roundabout (at Burnt Common) and join the A247, signposted to Old Woking.
  2. Go straight through both sets of traffic lights in Send, and continue for a further mile to the mini-roundabout at the T-junction with the High Street.
  3. Turn left into Old Woking High Street.
  4. Turn right at the mini-roundabout, and continue for half a mile to pass Woking Leisure Centre on your right.
  5. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the A320 Guildford Road.
  6. At the top of the hill, continue straight on to pass under the railway bridge.

  7. Continue along Victoria Way, and immediately after the first set of traffic lights join the right hand lane.

  8. Stay right at the next set of lights to enter the Shoppers' Car Parks.

  9. Exit the car park on foot via The Peacocks Centre's Town Mall.

  10. Cross Town Square (passing the war memorial) and go through Town Gate.

  11. Turn left into Christchurch Way.

  12. Turn left again at the sign for West Street and cut between St Andrew's House and the Civic Offices. Reception can be found just inside the doors on your right.

From Woking Railway Station

  1. Exit the station from platform one.
  2. With the station behind you, bear left under the canopy to join Church Path.
  3. At the junction in the paths, go straight across Commercial Way (running left to right in front of you).
  4. Continue along Mercia Walk, under its glass roof.
  5. Turn right in Town Square, keeping the war memorial on your left.
  6. Go through Town Gate and immdiately turn left into Christchurch Way.
  7. Turn left again at the sign for West Street and cut between St Andrew's House and the Civic Offices.
  8. Reception can be found just inside the doors on your right.
