Town square usage policy

The report describes the role and function of the Town Square and the objectives for its use together with the expected codes of conduct. Following consultation the policy includes details about restrictions on the number of external activities in the Town Square (market researchers, charity collections etc) to safeguard user enjoyment, improvement of the general character and enhancement of the image of Woking Town Centre and encouraging appropriate events and entertainment in the Town Square.
