Local land charges fees

As from 1 April 2008, the standard search fee for a Certificate of Search (LL1 form) and Enquiries (CON 29 form) relating to one parcel (a dwelling or piece of land) submitted via first class post or DX post is £246.15

• Total - £246.15

• LLC1 additional parcel fee - £1.05 (Per Parcel)
• CON 29 additional parcel - £54.65 (Per Parcel)
• CON 29 part 2 (printed question) - £17.87 (Per question)
• CON 29 part 3 (own question) - £46.25 (Per question)
• Question following search - £28.38
• Reprint of full search - £21.02
• Reprint of LLC1 - £11.00

Business cheques are the preferred method of payment, however personal cheques will be accepted but only with a cheque guarantee card.
