Local land charges fees

As from 1 January 2012, the standard search fee for a Certificate of Search (LL1 form) and Enquiries (CON 29 form) relating to one parcel (a dwelling or piece of land) submitted via first class post or DX post is £161.37.

• LLC1 - £21.63
• CON 29 Part 1 - £139.74
• Total - £161.37

In addition:

• LLC1 each part of register - £2.25
• LLC1 additional parcel fee - £1.15 (per parcel)
• CON 29 additional parcel - £55.87 (per parcel)
• CON 29 part 2 (printed question) - £12.00 (per question)
• CON 29 part 3 (own question) - £20.00 (per question)

Business cheques are the preferred method of payment, however personal cheques will be accepted but only with a cheque guarantee card.
