Proof of disability must be given on submission of the application.
No fee is payable where an application is required to be made only because the right to carry out development permitted by a General Development Order has been removed by a condition attached to a planning permission. This would apply to many extensions on Goldsworth Park. This exemption also applies to permissions which have restricted changes of use that would otherwise be permitted development.
A fee is payable where the application proposes the renewal of temporary permission. Please note that if an unimplemented planning permission has expired, the fee is payable for a subsequent application even if the proposals are identical. A fee of £170 is payable for an application to continue an existing use or retain an existing building without complying with a condition attached to an earlier permission, including one which requires the cessation of the use or the removal of the building at the end of a specific period. Renewal of planning permission within time (all types) £170. Variation or resending of conditions £170.
Where an application has been refused or withdrawn, no fee is payable in respect of a single revised application for development provided:
In the case of an application for approval of one or more reserved matters, no fee is payable in respect of a single revised application by the same applicant in respect of an application for approval of the same reserved matters authorised by the same outline planning permission provided these are submitted within 12 months of the earlier refusal or withdrawal of application.
