Property Services offers advice to residents on all matters relating to Council property. 

Within the service area there are several other related services.

Valuation Services

Valuation Services deals with:

• All valuation issues on Council-owned land and property.  To find out if land or a specific property is within the Council's ownership click here.   

• Day-to-day management of our business premises, excluding Council housing properties.  You can find further information on renting business premises from us here. 

• The valuation of Right To Buy and Shared Ownership properties.

Building Services

Building Services is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of Council-owned:

• buildings,

• structures,

• fixtures,

• mechanical and electrical services,

• energy efficiency project management throughout the Council's corporate and housing properties,

• facilities management.
