This document is Supplementary Planning Guidance on high density housing development and is supplementary to policies BE1: Design of new development, WTC1: Design of Town Centre development and WTC2: Height of buildings of the Woking Borough Local Plan 1999. The guidance is intended to assist in the delivery of high density housing by providing design advice on efficient land use whilst achieving high quality residential environments which respect local character.
