Infrastructure Requirements

This research was undertaken to provide a strategic assessment of infrastructure requirements that have a spatial implication arising from new development.

As part of the work being undertaken on the preparation of a new Planning Obligations SPD the Council is updating this study.  The updated study will look forward to 2026 and will address in some detail the existing capacity of infrastructure services and facilities within the borough, and the impact of planned future development on these services and facilities.
