Housing Needs Assessment

The Council's Housing Needs Assessment estimates the likely housing need in the Borough in terms of size, type and tenure.

The Council is currently taking steps to produce a Housing Market Assessment in line with new Government guidance which will include an update of the Housing Needs Assessment.  The Housing Market Assessment is due to be published in spring 2008.
