Annual Monitoring Report

The Council is required to monitor the progress made on the preparation and implementation of the Local Development Framework through an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).

A report covering the period April 2006 to March 2007 has been submitted to the Department for Communities and Local Government. The report comments on:

• Progress on the production of documents in the Local Development Scheme; and

• The monitoring of a framework of Core Output Indicators including the net number of dwellings completed in the period covered by the AMR.
