Bingo Clubs

Any person or company wishing to operate a Bingo club must hold a relevant licence issued by the Gambling Commission, and a premises licence issued by the licensing authority where the premises is situated.

An application for a premises licence will not be validated without providing a reference number from the Gambling Commission.

A Bingo Premises Licence will authorise a maximum of 4 Category B3 or B4 gaming machines and unlimited Category C & D machines to be available on the premises.

In general, the only default condition that will apply to premises licences will relate to gambling hours. For bingo clubs, the default hours proposed for playing bingo on the premises are 09.00 to Midnight every day.
