Residents and businesses can now make payments to Woking Borough Council through an automated telephone payments system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When calling Woking Borough Council's Contact Centre (01483 755855), customers will be presented with three options: 1) Make a payment; 2) New Vision Homes; 3) Hometrak.

Customers will need to select Option 1 to make a payment for any of the following:

  • Council Tax

  • Housing Rents

  • Business Rates

  • Housing Benefit overpayments

  • Sundry debtor invoices

  • Parking fines.

Previously, residents and businesses wishing to make a payment over the phone could only do so by speaking to a member of staff during office hours. Thanks to the new system, payments can now be made any time of day or night.

Other methods of payments such as Direct Debit, online and in person will continue to be available.
