Located next to the beautiful lake in Goldsworth Park, Dianthus Building is the home of Dianthus Trading Community Interest Company and the Woking Sea Cadets. There are several rooms available for hire. The Upper Deck hospitality and conference suite overlooks the lake with a capacity for 120.
There are two breakout/meeting rooms suitable for 12 and 6 people respectively, as well as a very well appointed finishing kitchen. The Lower Deck area is ideal for any style of exercise classes and other activities. The building has all necessary amenities including a Lift, WCs and Showers and full facilities for disabled people. Free parking is available next to the site.
Surrey's largest Conference and Events Centre. Catering for 2 to 600 delegates it offers contemporary conference and meeting facilities in a selection of rooms.

Various rooms available for hire with one main hall of capacity of up to 90 people. Also contains a coffee bar. Hall can be divided in two. No smoking is permitted within the hall.

Main hall holds up to 60 people seated. Small hall (leading off the main hall) holds up to 40 people seated. Coffee bar holds up to 20 people seated (coffee bar facilities can be hired as an extra). Graduates room holds up to 20 people seated, graduates room plus lounge holds up to 40 people. No smoking anywhere in the building.
