Key Concession Card

Who can apply?

The key concession card is only applicable to those who live in the Woking Borough (pay their council tax to Woking Borough Council) and are in receipt of any of the following means tested benefits:

• Income Support
• Working Tax Credit (in receipt of health exemption certificates)
• Job Seekers allowance (income based)
• Pensions Credit for seniors (guaranteed and savings)
• Employment Support Allowance

Any dependents under the age of 16 and living at the same address may also apply.

How to apply:

Apply in person only, to either:

Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the Park, 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday

or

Civic Offices, 9am - 4.45pm Monday - Friday

What do I need to bring?

Anyone in receipt of Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit or Employment Support Allowance must bring a letter of proof. Anyone in receipt of a Health Exemption Certificate must bring that as proof also.
