There are a number of sports pitches and facilities available at parks and recreational grounds throughout the borough of Woking.
Football, cricket and rugby pitches
Football pitches are available at 10 sites from September to April, with one summer pitch available at Goldsworth Park from May to August. There are five venues that support cricket between May to August and one venue for rugby at Byfleet recreation ground. The letting of pitches and pavilions are managed by freedom leisure. Tennis courts
Tennis courts at Woking Park can be booked by contacting freedom leisure on 01483 771122, or for further information regarding a programme of activites in Woking Park please refer to the Park Tennis website. Courts elsewhere in the borough can be played on without booking. If in doubt about whether courts need to be booked please contact Neighbourhood Services on 01483 743804.
