This form may be used to submit details about your sports club for inclusion in the Woking Borough Council publicity material.

If your sports club is already included on our web site please check that the entry on our web site is correct before you proceed with this form, as you will be asked if the entry is correct.  If it is correct you will be able to skip over the sections asking for club details.  If it is incorrect, or you are going to have an entry on our web site for the first time, you will be asked to complete details about your club.
