Dip-in swimming lessons
Adult and child short swimming courses
Dip-in classes are held in the Leisure Lagoon with both adult and child in the water.
These classes provide guidance to parents on confidence and movement of their child in water based activities with an emphasis on learning through fun.
Five week courses of 30 minute lessons once a week.

Booked on a first come first served basis, these courses are independent of the term time swimming tuition programme at Pool in the Park.
Ladies' short swimming courses
An addition to our term time adult swimming courses these ladies´ lessons, held in the Leisure Lagoon, are designed to provide a more private atmosphere and have a female lifeguard in attendance.
A five week course of 45 minute lessons once a week.

Both of these new courses are designed to be repeated at any time either in succession or with gaps in between.
