Following on from the success of last year, Woking Borough Council and the Everyday Swim project will be opening four school pools for free family fun sessions throughout the school holidays.
The times and venues are below.
High Street, Knaphill
Starting on 28 July, until 28 August.
10am - 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Kings Head Lane, Byfleet
Starting on 29 July, until 29 August.
10am - 4pm Tuesday and 10am - 3pm Friday
Bridge Barn Lane, Woking
Starting 29 July, until 29 Augus.t
2pm - 8pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and 4pm - 8pm Friday
Victoria Road, Knaphill
Starting 28 July, until 30 August.
2pm - 8pm Monday and Thursday, and 10am - 4pm Saturday
All sessions are free.
Knaphill Junior, Byfleet Primary and Goldsworth Primary are open air pools. St. John's primary pool is covered with a poly tunnel.
If the session is busy, or likely to be busy, staff will enforce the queue management procedure which will mean that no more than 20 people will be allowed in the pool at one time and for a maximum of 1 hour.
All children under the age of eight must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person.
Children under the age of eight must be supervised at a ratio of one responsible person per two children.
A responsible person is someone 16 years old and over.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to someone who is in a supervisory capacity of children but behaves inappropriately.
Please bring appropriate sun protection.
There are limited changing and shower facilities at all these facilities.
Management reserve the right to cancel a session at short notice.
