The Evolve Fitness Suite

The Evolve Fitness Suite now has double the number of fitness stations including some exciting new pieces of equipment.

Cardiovascular stations increased to 60.

Resistance stations increased to 30.

Bigger area for free weights with additional equipment.

New plate loaded machines.

New state-of-the-art X Dream Biking Experience.

Newly refurbished expanded spacious modern gym area.

Woking Leisure Centre´s gym is a cutting-edge facility with state-of-the-art Cybex gym equipment.  The staff use dedicated software from "The Retention People" to monitor and assist in your progression.

Evolve Fitness Suite features:

How to join Evolve Fitness Suite

All customers must complete an induction before using the gym.
Inductions cost £26.70

Stage 1: group induction. These are held at various times during the week and can be booked at reception or on 01483 771122. An instructor will take you through a general overview of the gym equipment and information on how to exercise safely and heathily.

Group induction times:

Stage 2: one to one. This is booked by appointment with an instructor who will help tailor your exercise programme to meet your individual health and wellbeing targets and needs.

Stage 3. vibration plate induction (optional). If you would like to add the Vibration Plate into your exercise routine, an instructor will show you how to get the best results from this amazing piece of fitness equipment.

Induction -  £26.70  (Key status and concession card holders £16)

On completing the induction customers can participate on a "pay and play" basis or take out a membership for even greater savings.

Alternatively you may choose a Key Fitness Membership.  The Membership is just £35 per month by direct debit, which includes the price of your induction.   With a choice of either monthly payments or an annual payment of £385 you really can't beat this deal.  For further information please read on.

Memberships

Regular customers can benefit from taking out a membership package.
Our Key Fitness membership can cost as little as £1.05 a day ( £385 / 365 days - compared to £5.90 per gym session) AND allow access to over 40 classes, all racket sports, the sauna and jacuzzi, and swimming in the competition pool and leisure lagoon at Pool in the Park for no extra cost. Not only will you save money but the opportunity to cross train regularly by exercising in the classes, on the courts, or in the pool can really help to motivate and improve results.
