ICE indoor cycling

Choose from daytime or evening classes, from low to moderate workouts to intense sessions, not for the faint hearted!

Payment and Booking

  • For most classes there is no need to book in advance, simply turn up before your chosen session (remember to allow plenty of time to get through reception and get to your class!) and pay.
  • Some classes MUST be booked in advance. This is due to room size or equipment limitation. Please telephone 01483 771122 to make your booking. Payment (credit card or debit card) can be taken over the phone or you can book at either the pool or leisure centre in person.
  • Moves, Slimfit and Yoga classes are run by independent instructors. Simply pay the leisure centre admission fee at reception and the class fee to the instructor on the door.

Membership

  • If you attend a few classes a week, why not consider taking out a Key Fitness membership?
    Most dry fitness classes (and aqua fitness classes) are included along with use of the gym (on completion of an induction), swimming in the main pool and the luxurious Leisure Lagoon, squash and badminton (per head) and use of the newly refurbished Heatwaves Healthsuite with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
    Key Fitness membership is available either as an annual one-off payment or by monthly direct debits for as little as £6.73 a week.

Changes to Programme

  • Customers are advised to check for changes to fitness classes particularly during state school holidays and bank holidays.
  • Amendments can be found by phoning the Leisure Centre and Pool on 01483 771122 or displayed on the events boards in reception.

Clothing

  • Suitable footwear and clothing is essential for all classes.
  • It is recommended that you bring a towel and a drink in a plastic container. Please ask your instructor for further advice.

Late Entry

  • Class participants will not be admitted if over 10 minutes late, as the warm up is an important part of the session.
