Competition Pool term-time opening hours

The table below shows general public swimming times during term time when the pool is open for swimming. During some of these times pool space is shared with other groups e.g.schools, fitness classes, clubs and general swimming space is restricted.

Additional term-time public swimming sessions:

• Adults only (16 years plus):  Sundays and Mondays 8pm - 10pm
• Ladies only (16 years plus):  Saturdays 5pm - 6pm

Leisure Lagoon term-time opening hours

The table below shows public opening times during term time when the pool is available for general swimming.

Other sessions such as Parent and Toddler Splash and fitness classes are also held in the lagoon at other times (not during public swimming hours).

Additional term-time public swimming sessions:

• Females only:
  Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm
• Parent and Toddler Splash:
  Mondays 11am and 11.45am
  Wednesdays 11am and 11.45am
  Fridays 11am and 11.45am
  Sundays 9.15am

River Riders (exciting wave patterns with fun foam rings to ride) take place during public swim sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm. These sessions are not recommended for weak or non-swimmers.
