    These are available in the reception areas at Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the Park. Posting boxes are located by reception at the Leisure Centre and next to Front of House desk (opposite stairs) at Pool in the Park.
  • By telephone
    Please telephone 01483 771122. Our receptionists will connect you with the appropriate member of staff or alternatively (if the staff member is unavailable) record your suggestions on a verbal customer comment form.
  • By post
    Please write to Woking Leisure Centre and Pool in the Park, Woking Park, Kingfield Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 9BA. 
  • By online form
    Use this link to complete the Woking Borough Council online feedback form 
  • Email link on web pages
    At the bottom of each Woking Borough Council web page there is a link to "send feedback on this page". This will send your email to the person responsible for publishing the web page. Your emailed comments from our web pages will also be added in to our customer comments system.

What Happens Next?
Customer comments logo 2All customer comments are recorded and monitored. You will receive an acknowledgment to your completed customer comment card, letter or email. If you offered your contact details we will initially contact you by telephone or respond in writing.
